Return & Refund Policy
At TrendLooker, your satisfaction matters most. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and cancellation process is designed to make things as smooth as possible.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. To request cancellation, please email us at trendlooker007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may request a return once you receive it.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, email us at trendlooker007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time for the credit to reflect. If more than 15 business days pass after we approve your return and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at trendlooker007@gmail.com.

Eligibility & Exceptions
The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Items with damage or defects must be reported to us immediately upon receipt. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at trendlooker007@gmail.com if anything is wrong.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or style you want is to return your current item for a refund, then place a new order. If you’d like to exchange, we can process that once your return is approved.

European Union Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the conditions above (unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase). After notifying us, you must follow our return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product). If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at trendlooker007@gmail.com.
